American Bath Group is excited to announce that all Aquatic units now have serial numbers!
Beginning immediately, whenever you place an order with Aquatic, all units will arrive with a unique serial number. This serial number can be found on the front of the unit and on the label on the back of the unit. This number is important as it details the location of manufacture, the mold the unit was created on, and how the product shipped – a history of the unit from the time it was ordered until it reaches you!
You will need this serial number if you have any issues with the unit. Serial numbers will be required for all warehouse repairs for Aquatic customers in the coming months. For now, please include the serial number, if available, for all repair requests, including jobsite repairs. And remember, all Hamilton, Aquarius, Comfort Designs, Clarion, Swan, and MAAX units now have serial numbers that are needed for any warranty-related issues submitted.
