As we are just coming back from celebrating the holidays with Christmas and New Year, 2021 has officially departed and we begin a fresh 2022.  

This past year has been difficult for many, including for us at ABG. Even today, inflation, Covid, and supply chain issues continue to serve as hindrances in the industry.  We started seeing some relief in the staffing of our plants and improvement in the delivery of our products; as 2022 is beginning, we look to expand upon those improvements. ABG’s objective of “Building a Better Bathware Industry” continues to serve as our backdrop as we look to grow our footprint and improve our processes to better serve you. 

It is our goal that the feedback mentioned below becomes unanimously felt amongst all our customers as we continue to dedicate our efforts to building a better bathware industry and by best serving you. Below are a few positive examples representing an overall trend.

Quality Shipping and Delivery

ABG is continuously looking at ways on improving the experience our customers have during the shipment and delivery of our products. From the improvement of packaging to the growth of our logistics team, we are looking to increase our customer’s satisfaction during the delivery of their purchase.

“We just received a delivery to the warehouse which everything was perfect. The count of each of the products we ordered was correct and spreader boards were installed. The driver was great and helped unload with a hand truck. The units were left nested, but everything looks great.” -Plumber

 

Staff and Technician Helpfulness

The ABG warranty team does its best to partner with the top repair groups in North America. The ABG staff also trains continuously to deliver top service and provide knowledgeable expertise.

I’d just like to let you know that everyone at MAAX who I spoke with was extremely helpful, courteous, nice, and responsive on this work order and the one we had before that. In addition, the repair service technician was very helpful, courteous, and did an excellent job with the repairs both this time and the previous time on a different one of our MAAX fixtures”.- Wholesaler
